Goby feeding frequency

I got a sand sifting goby for my 6g nano and was wondering how often to feed it. I have heard that they should be fed pretty frequently. I am feeding frozen mysis (not the cube kind).

once or twice a day should be plenty

I have been feeding once a day, but feel like I am overfeeding. I will just try to cut down on the amount.
