Goby has made my LR very dirty, how to clean? PICS

I never used to need to blow of my live rock. everything accumulated in the sand. now that i've had a diamond goby for a while, my rocks are filthy, as he stirs everything up and now the surface of my LR is caked with detritus. the problem is that a turkey baster won't blow it off now. it's not powerful enough, the stuff is really stuck on there. i tried to clean a little section with a toothbrush and it came right off, but it would be nearly impossible to clean all the rock that way and i can't really reach some sections of it. i tried a powerhead too and even that was not strong enough to blow it off. any ideas?
i would hate to have to take all of the rock out of the tank to scrub it! but i might have to if there is no other way i guess

Get rid of the Diamond Goby, then clean your rocks one last time. I have the same problem if not worse with my sleeper goby. Basically bombs all my corals with my sandbed on a daily basis. Once I finish this 2 liter bottle of sprite in my fridge, im turning it into a trap and ill be done with that fish.

turkey baster, spray it off.

Did you read my post? a turkey baster won't blow it off, neither will a powerhead

it's a double edged sword. without him the sandbed get's really nasty. he keeps it perfectly white
