I liked this one. The whole head and especially the eye stayed in focus.

I wish I knew how to photoshop to clean up the noise and the shrimp antenna

Great shot of a great fish. The noise looks almost non existent on my screen. To get rid of the antenna you could use the rubber stamp [clone] tool. Select the tool then select a sample area that you want to have cover the antenna. You do that by holding down the alt button and clicking on the sample area. Once you've got the sample area selected move the cursor over the antenna and click on it-- the sample area will be copied to whereever you click. You'll have to use an appropriate brush size.
Tutorials for this sort of thing are easily available- just google rubber stamp tutorial or similar.
