Goby/pistol Q?

I bought a Randall with some type of pistol shrimp but the goby died and I bought a yellow watchman.will they pair up or should I buy another pistol?

Should be okay. I had a pair for a year. Best way to introduce shrimp for me after acclimation was to put it in a glass, cover with your hand, lay it in front of goby cave and let it go. Mine shot immediately into the goby's lair and they teamed up right away.

Definitely a fun interaction to watch them together.
