Going all LPS

In the next few months I am going to trading/selling a lot of my SPS and I am going to all LPS with some zoos and rics on the bottom.

My question is: Will I be able to put a lot of LPS on my rockwork up high in the tank? I run 2X250's on a 90 but I do run 20K's.

Lords, chalices, micro's....will these corals be ok in the upper portion?

Any advice?

Thanks

You will be fine with that setup. Just make sure to acclimate the corals to the new light. Most places I know that run MH lighting at a LFS use 250Watt MH 14K-20K's. Just have a shortened photo period then slowly add some time to it every week. Another option would be to have a few short photo periods throughout the day, just a though. Ceratin colors like the lower light so I would put them on the sand bed but a 90 gallon is a taller tank.

Not too sure how much light you'll be able to give the chalices and acans, but the micros will like alot of the light.

My acans don't like a lot of light. I hurt a couple of them, just moving them from pc's to 150 mh.
