Going Cheap!

Well I am afraid all the fish..all the corals all the tanks and equipment are coming down and for sale. My recent workload has more than doubled and it will remain that way indefinitely.
I am planning a renovation in the part of my house that my main tank has been so between the two there is no hope in sight for a re-setup of the tank(s).
I have a little rock and corals left if anyone else is interested in that I can let you know specifically friday evening what there is.
For the equipment, I have everything priced VERY, VERY LOW so please don't ask for anything lower. the prices are firm.
I am planning a trip to memphis this saturday and will be glad to bring anything
with me that people may want BUT you will have to meet me at the one location I will be at which is REAL close to Kermits.
here is the main first list with a few pics:

Equipment:
Tanks:
$150 - 90 Gallon RR tank with black stand and canopy. Canopy has built in fans (done by user) The overflow is black and is slightly off center to the left.
I have a closed loop (external ) I will throw in with this that does not include the pump.
(20 dollars extra if you want the equivalent to blueline velocity t3 I am using on the loop now)
$50 â€"œ 75 gallon drilled tank. 2 Holes drilled in the rear about 4” down from the top and 4” from each side. (holes will accommodate 1” PVC pipe bulkheads.
$30 â€"œ 40 Gallon Breeder with corner overflow and rear 1” pvc pipe hole. Come with the bulkhead and the overflow is not full length to bottom but suspended and made from black acrylic. Thicker and heavier than most tanks of the type.
$45 â€"œAcrylic Frag Tank (48”L x 18”W x 10”H). used this one time. Still has the brown wrapper on the bottom. I used this one at the Memphis frag swap.
$15 â€"œ 29 gallon tank
$5 â€"œ 20 gallon long
I have 10 â€"œ 15 gallon tanks (some drilled in back) for $5.00 each
I have 2 nano DX cubes drilled in back with bulkheads (can easily be stopped up for normal use). NONE have any lights or pumps. Just the bare tanks. $5 each
Other Goodies:
(RIGHT TURN CLYDE! ..lol)

$200 MRC CR1 Calcium Reactor Complete setup. Reactor, Media, Milwaukee Regular w/ selonoid, 5lb CO2 Cannister (near full) and 2 Pumps for feed and mix

$250 48” Light w/ 2 x 250w MH SE (using 20k’s) and 4 x 48” actinic t5’s. Has build in Moonlights (LED). I have 2 brand new 12K bulbs to go with this.
This is NOT a brand name unit and the user really needs to add a fan for cooling as it does get a little warm. Only 6 months old.

$60 Hanging 175W (with 3 month old 20K SE Bulb) and a single pc compact 32W actinic bulb (2nd actinic does not work). Comes with ballast. Notvery pretty but effective.
I have a lot of pumps including Korallias, powerheads and tons of foods and additives, etc
that I will allow people purchasing tanks to have first dibs on. Once the larger tanks are gone I will announce any leftovers.

Post or pm's are fine.
Thanks!
Dave

Man I want that light so bad I am actually thinking about hanging it over a 36" tank.

Where did you get it from?
The light fixture is 48" total and the legs are adjustable to any size. The MH's are 33" from one to the end of the other.
I got it via ebay from a company in PA who warranties the item for a year. Purchase price is about 500 new.

33" from the outer edges of each halide?
Might not be the greatest fit , the very sides of my tank would be very well lit.

What is the width of the fixture?

Hate to see you getting out, !!!:hmm4:

But I really know how work can get in the way..

Wish you the best of luck and Hope it is not for long.

width of the light is 15.2", but really I gotta say putting this on a 36" tank would look really awkward since it would overhang a full 6" on each end.

Yeah I agree ;)

I was thinking about gutting the fixture and turning it into a canopy , but that would still have to be as wide as the T5's. :(

Thanks for all the kind words.

Another tank? oh I am sure down the road but it won't be for quite some time.

Always hate to see someone who enjoys the hobby have to get out. Maybe 'down the road' won't be as long as you think.

I'd love the acrylic frag tank. Let me know how best to pay. Are you coming to Nashville for the swap? If not, I have family in town that I can send by for the tank until I can get back to Memphis. It's be perfect for frag swaps;). I'm out of town until Sunday, but can send over payment then (headed out now).

pm sent about the tank for ihavtats and the pump and maybe the 20 or 29 tank pm me back becuse they are out of town untill this weekend

Looks like havtats is getting the tank but if anythingf alls through on that I will let you know Del
Thanks!
Dave

Anyone else who I have not returned pm's and messages on I will do so when I get home later this evening. Covered up at work right now
