going to need som help 220 gal build

well let me start off by saying thanks for reading this . all tho i am new to big reef form not all that new to salt water . started out with a 55 gal i had to sell when moving back from AZ to IL then had to sell my 90 when i was looking for work and my wife got real sick and had to be in the hospital .

now life has really changed for us and life is been real good to us so my wife for my bday bought me this used 220 gal set up that looks to be in real good shape. got to love the wife . even this i got to drive almost 2 hr to pick it up its going to be worth it .

now this set up comes with some stuff
INCLUDE: TANK + OAK STAND + SUMP/REFUGIUM + BIO BALL + IWAKI EXTERNAL RETURN PUMP + ALL PLUMBING PIPE + LIGHT RACK + SKIMMER

i will know more about it tomorrow when i pick it up like brands and stuff . i am not going to say what she paid for it sep it was in the three digits and u cant even buy a decent used car for the price lol . what i need help with is understanding a closed loop . all the tanks i have had was drilled and reef ready . so let me know what you guys thank .and lets hope me the the og owner and wife can move it cuss that's all we are going to have lol
