Going to pick up my new Duncan today

Well I got it and it loves my tank.

I figured it out :D

The camera needs to be held horizontal not vertical when taking the picture. I retook the picture turning my phone to the right horizontal and it shows straight on my computer as well as when posted here.

Now to work on getting it to get the actual colors right. It always shows them washed out not the real color. Anyone have a clue on this?

Nice. It looks very healthy. For better colors on your cell phone, try using these gel filters. I use them all the time and love how easy it is to get good pictures with them.

This is a sample photo with the filter placed in the middle of the coral. The left is without the filter and the right is with the filter. This has made my life super simple and I get to use my phone. I don't always want to take out the Nikon and post process pictures to make them look great.

That's sweet! How do you know which color to use?

Test, test, test. It depends on how much blue you have and the only way to find out is to take all the orange filters out of the pack and start taking pictures. You will find it pretty quick. It took me about 10 pictures to find the right now.

Gotcha, thanks

I love my Duncan Whiskers. It was my first successful LPS. It eats like a pig and it's heads are the size of silver dollars.
