gold & white maroon pairing

will gold & white maroons pair up. i have gold now and lfs has smaller white... would they pair up?

of course. They are the same species, they just have different genes. It's like a man with black hair and a woman with blond hair. If they have babies then I believe the gold stripe is a recessive trait and will create all white stripes if the white striped clown is pure bred white. If it is a heterozygous hybrid then half will be gold and half will be white. According to mendelian genetics..... There could be incomplete dominance too

they should, but some have gotten true and false percs to pair, but it shouldn't be a problem
