Goniopora

I am an experienced reefer and have a Goniopora 'Glitter' coral that has been closed for a long time. I have performed various dips, and all water parameters (temperature, salinity, pH, nitrates, phosphates, etc.), flow, and lighting are optimal. The coral head is open, but the polyps ('arms') are not extending. I also perform weekly 200-liter water changes and tried targeted feeding, but nothing helps. I did not find any signs of brown jelly disease or other common infections. Could there be a specific cause or uncommon issue, perhaps related to specific Goniopora types or cryptic infections treatable only with specific methods, that I should investigate? I am looking for advanced insights from global experts."
Thanks
Haim

Is it close to another Goni? (Or something else)
Was it ever extended?
How long is “along time”
Describe flow for this coral.

I received it about a year ago. For the first six months, the tentacles were fully extended upward and there was also an increase in volume.
Currently, it is not located near any other coral.
Light intensity is around 150 PAR.
Water flow is moderate.
For the past few months, the tips of all tentacles are open, but there is no upright extension.
I have changed its position several times and performed dips using different solutions.
I tested both higher and lower light levels.
I also dipped it in the antibiotic Augmentin, but there was no change.
It is important to note that there is no loss of color and no signs of damaged or deteriorated tissue.

Ok, that sounds perfect.
Have you added anyone lately that might coincide?
Is there anything growing on the base?

6 months then retract always make me think “bothered”.
Mine will shorten with any contact even a fin, finger, shrimp…etc.. IMG_1292.jpeg
