Good, Bad or just Ugly Brislte Worm?

I've been into saltwater tanks as far back as last month. In all my days as a hobbiest I've never come across this bristle worm before. Does anyone have any clue if this is a "good" worm or something I should start building a trap for? Thanks in advance.
