Good flat worm eater?

I am looking for suggestions for a good fish that eats flat worms. I have had a Six Line Wrasse that died after four years in my tank and a Four Line Wrasse that decided that the first trip into the over flow was so much fun that he had to do it again. too bad he did not live on the second trip. These were great fish but I am looking for something different this time that will eat flat worms. Any suggestions?

Blue Velvet Nudibranch (Chelidonura varians).

These guys will wipe out flatworms very quickly, but that is all they eat and can be very difficult to keep alive in the home aquarium.

Christmas and Melanarus Wrasses are both very cool wrasses that will eat flat worms. Some damsels have been known to eat them as well. Or you could always get another six line. No matter what wrasse you get you may want to take measures to cover your overflow and tank so they can't take any of those ill fated trips.

Another option, sans new fish, would be making a siphon out of airline hose and some sort of filter sock. Start the siphon and put the filter sock end in your sump. Siphon as many of the flatworms out as you can(this will take a while, multiple days) and then treat with flatworm exit at least twice. No more flatworms and no need for a fish.

Melanarus Wrasse and Spotted Mandarin Goby worked well, but ended up using flat worm exit due to the inability to completely irradicated the flat worms.

Waminoa flatworms

Waminoa flatworms

Has anyone had experience with Waminoa flatworms? Bownish, almost circular and manly found on Discoma sp. The population seems stable, has been the same for over 4 months. Most of my mushrooms will have from 1 to 10 on them. My Spotted Mandarin, Sixline Wrasse & Yellow Coris do not seem to eat them (never seen them eat one). My questions is this, should I try to catch these & replace them with different individuals of the same species. Do these fish only eat the pointed tailed Convoutriloba species and leave Waminoa alone?

I tried those. Purchased 2 for my 75 reef awhile back. I watched them eat about 6 flatworms and then they disappeared, never to be seen again :(

Flatworm exit or a yellow coris are the way to go IMO.
