i was looking for somehting that would clean the haze in the water after rockscaping / cleanning the aquarium that would also do a little more than that. somehting that would really polish the water especially if there were minor problems with it.
i came acrosst the diatom filter

i have a 75 and a 29 and i was looking for one i could ocasionally hang on and run for an hour or so just to clean the water.
any suggestions?
i was told that ozonisers also polish the water...do they do it in the same way? are those better?
some say magnums are great too but alot more people prefer the vortex ones since they claim to EVEN take out the ICK in the water.
