Those look like flatworms, the red sort.

yeah - planaria. Not a good thing. Keep an eye out for population booms. They may just die off, but probably not

As long as populations stay low, they won't be a problem. A lot of mandarins and six lines will keep populations in line (or completely eradicate them).
