Hello,
I have a jbj 28 gal hqi nano cube that came with a stock 150W 14K bulb.....I also added 2 x 18W of actinics......Measures 18" x 22" x 22" high...with 3 1/2 to 4 inches of sand

I intriduced about a month ago a green BTA, it is looking great and its already hosting one of my O.clowns.

It placed itself at the bottom touching the sand but attached to the rocks...so.....if we take the amount of sandbed into account, the light is actually about 18" above the anemone (this is a closed hood system)

My question is this, I want to change the stock bulb to a Radium 150W 20K..I hear it has the same PAR as the phoenix 14k....I want my sps to show a deeper color.....my question is...would this change in lighting affect my anemone in a negative way?

thank you for your inputs.

I use the 150 watt phoenix which is a 14K bulb. Gives a good white color with a slight tint of blue to the aquarium. This bulb gives good color to the coral and anemones.

Thanks Ocellaris123......but if I want to use the Radium 150W 20K, would that affect the anemone in any way?
