Good light Brand??

Is this a reputable brand??
Aqua Medic AB Ocean Light?
Its a DE 150W MH. I am going to use it for my 20L. Should i go 10k or 14k on the bulb?

AquaMedic isn't just a reputable brand, it's a premium brand

I have the 150w HQI with an AB 20K De bulb, but I like the blue. It's not THAT blue, but if you prefer a warmer color and faster coral growth, then a 10k or 14k would be more suitable.

what size tank are you using it for? For the same price, I would go with the 250 which I have myself. Most places give you a 20K bulb. You can switch out the bulb to 14K which is a lot less blue and better growth.

If you're going to have actinic supplementation you might go with the 10K to get the fastest growth. If you don't have additional actinics, then the 14K will provide a more appealing look.
