Just another update/whoring of my tank. Its not all that, but I'm happy... for now.
I went to Reef Life today and picked up 10lbs of Tonga Branch LR and began the tear down the tank. Overall it looks nice, much better then when I had it before. Most of you can agree:
Some of the old rocks were placed in the refugium, what made me sad was that I had to put a nice big piece of LR with mushrooms and xenia in the refugium as well. No light for it right now, but I am trying to find a nice fixture to buy for it.
I believe the tank has around 40-50lbs of LR in it now. I really wanted to buy the torch coral as well as a sun coral that Reef Life had, but came to my senses to do research before buying! Plus I wanted my AC Jr.
Bad news is my 2 clowns caught ICH! Out of no where, I have no idea what happen. All I know is that it began after the put in the sump. Not sure if it was adding 10-13g in at one time or if it was the natural seawater that I bought from a LFS. I am feeding the clowns with garlic, so I hope it goes away. Would a cleaner shrimp help my clowns out? Does anyone know a place that has them for cheap and in a decent living condition. Most of the places I have recently visited, the corals are dying or something else is. Its just horrible.
Also, this bug looking this isn't good is it? Looks like its up to no good.
Thats all for now. Thanks for looking.
