Good news ........

My new calcium reactor came today...MRC H.O.T 4.5 Very nice!

Bad news... Just got laid off for a week, possibly two...

Good news, I have a whole week to play with my tank and dial in that Cal reactor.


On that note....does anyone have any Crushed coral kicking around...old or used is fine. I need about a dry 1/2 gallon or so.


Oh yeah where is the best place to get a Co2 tank filled? I have a 20lb that is bone dry!

I have a few gallons of CC I will never use. Its used but clean. Had it an old 20 gallon setup thats been down for several years now and the CC is just sitting there. I have to come to Vanetten tomorrow/Saturday for a service call. If you want it let me know.

Sorry to hear about the employment status geo.. Awesome on the reactor. Not real sure on where to fill the tank.. I know there is a place in Ithaca on cherry street(a welding shop). Not sure how much it is.

warner road and sabin rd are the same road.... if you are coming from Candor wgen you get to the 4 corner stop in Spencer turn left and drive past the old ford place and just stay on that all the way into Van Etten ...It comes out just above the viaduct/bridge in vanetten behind the old mill

George, I am so sorry. I went to get that CC out last night and what I thought was CC is actually large sand. To me its CC because I like the super small grained sand but while its big for sand its still pretty small in grain size. If I thought for a second it is what you should use for your reactor Id be more than happy to drop it off to you but I realy dont think its what you want. Hope you can find some but if not and you still really need it Ill be happy to run it up.
