Good or bad?

I found two small dime size anemones on my rock. They look like miniature bubble tip anemones. I had them for 4 months now. There not getting bigger but theY seem to be spreading. I have a pic but can't figure out how to upload it. Can someone tell me if these are good or bad . ThAnksO. Also. How do I post a pic?
