Good or Bad?

Bald tips are not unusual, as others have noted it's difficult to tell for sure with that picture. Take one under daylight spectrum and we'll be able to better tell you whether your coral is blue, or just blue.

This pic is maybe a little better, but my photo skills are still not great. I think I can make out polyps moving on the white tips but they are so small and clear that I can't be certain. I think it is ok. I only have my lights turned up 50% for 3 hours per day so I don't think it is too intense. As was pointed out I only have frags since this is a new tank after taking a couple of years off but the full tank pic is one of my previous aquariums. My wife and I built the tank from scratch with a coast to coast overflow and a Bean Animal drain system. Wish I had kept the tank at least.

Those pictures are much better for diagnosis. And that tank looks terrific.

Edit: I'm not an sps guy, so I'm not much help to you.

It was recently shipped so maybe some damage. There is no way to see it in the pic but there are definitely clear polyps on the tips that I did not notice before. My guess is that it will be ok, time will tell.

I dropped a rock on my stylo and it broke a small piece off last week. Looks the exact same and should be fine. Oh and I grew this from a small frag too :) Second pic is off the tip I broke off that is doing good too.
