good place to dive in the Keys

I am looking for a good place to dive/ dive company to go out with. The only place I have ever gone out of is off Big Pine but that was a few years ago. I was thinking about going after all the spring breakers are gone so I have some time to make a decesion. Also I plan on proposing to my girlfriend on one of the dives so a smaller company may be better. let me know what you would recomend.
