Good replacement fish

Hi.

I have 3 cromis, a hippo tang, a skooter bl.,two clowns, emerald crabs, schrimp and verious other critters, corals, etc, in my 55 G reef tank. I also have an anemone who is doing fine.... here are my problems. The hippo picks on everything in the tank, especially the skooter bl. Why? I am also unhappy with the clowns, who refuse to approach my anemone... Does anyone have suggestions?

What type of clowns?
What type of anemone?

The tang is most likely picking on all the other fish is because that is what they often do when kept in smaller tanks -- yes a 55 is a small tank when it comes to a "hippo" tang.
