good u-tube cleaner overflow

i was looking at the overflow the one day and low and behold a snail must have climb in the over flow box got up the u- tube and has been in the tube for two days now and my u- tube is sparkling clean.and now he went into the back part where the drain is and cleaning that part to.just thought i would share with ya

I had one get stuck in the tube...almost had an overflow....do i have egg crate over the box...lifted up a little....to keep the big snails out...
