Good Worm or Bad?

Is this a good worm or a bad and if bad how do I go about getting rid of it?

Just want to make sure it's not one of the fireworms that will kill stuff in my tank.

It is to my understanding that, in-regards to worms, if it doesn't have protruding antennas it's usually safe.

Ohh yes. While I haven't seen them in about a month I'm sure there were still some in there. Just haven't seen one that large in there before. But yeah when I first setup the tank I counted at least 5 different ones that I could identify separately by rough size with and color. So either that's one I've never seen before or the long one grew quite a bit.
