Hey folks- It's been a while since I've been on here! I had some issues I was working through but things seem to be good now so I think I'm going to get back to getting my tank in order. Any way, After a lot of neglect, something went amiss in my tank and I lost ALL of my SPS colonies. I decided that at this point I'm going all softies and LPS but was interested in possibly picking up a few photosynthetic gorgonians as well. I have never been interested in them before now so I figured I'd see what some of you had to say about them. Anyway, Glad to be back!
 
Sorry to hear about your loss Kent. I know you had some nice SPS from the pictures you posted in the past.
 
Thanks- I wasn't really upset to be honest (as bad as that sounds) I had more pressing issues to deal with so I wasn't paying much attention to it. My softies/anemones and LPS made it fine though so I'm just gonna stick with that kinda stuff from now on. I decided to circumcise my toadstool though :-P It's about 16" across so I'm going to cut about a 3" diameter ring off all the way around the top....
 
I have a purple one that had done very well in several types of lighting. Just give it some flow, nothing to blast it away mind you.

If it is nice and fuzzy, then all is good. :)
