Came across this picture on line. Some bright colors in these things that are amazing. Any idea whats involved in keeping them? Drawbacks? Any idea where would be a good place to start looking for some?

Check Sharky's Reef, I believe I've seen those on their site.

High flow/lower light/Never expose to air, not even for a second

Needs high flow so algae does not grow on it and kill the tissue.

Feed with Reef Roids (Not sure if it's a fancy ad gimmick but it's the only thing I have seen that says for gorgonians).

I got a red one at Sharkeys and they also had an orange one at the time.

I've got one w/baby blue polyps from them, at IMAC. Doing well so far.

do you guys have the photosynthetic kind? what do you keep them under and is it crucial for them to be fed often, every day/ every other???

I don't believe these creatures are photosynthetic . They need food.

Yea I read that too. Made me wonder because some of the websites selling them that I found said medium lighting hehe.
