Got a new bulb for my 30g (250w 20k MH)

I had an old MH bulb on my tank before that was way too yellow. Here is an update of my stuff with the new bulb. Should I get an atinic also to help the greens glow even more?

Looks good.. what bulb are you using now?

i was using a 10k 400w MH. Now I am using a 250w 20k MH.

With the 20K I don't think you any additional lighting, but oppinions vary on that topic. Im running just 20K's on my setup as well.

BTW.. still got the 400W Ballast?

Im using the 400w ballast for my 250w bulb. Idk if thats ok to do but its working fine.

Looking a lot better trevor! i think the pics on the last pic were just too dark. a black background would make it look a little better too.

You think I should frag apart my large zoo colony? Would I get more growth out of it if I did?

The GSP and cap are looing good! I agree with ricanboy that you should go with a black background. You can paint the back for under $5 without having to move the tank. BTW I really like the rock work on the left hand side.

Thanks, I like the left side also, I am waiting to find the right base piece to put on the far right to lift all of that up, I want kind if a valley type thing in the middle of my tank with live rock building up to the walls. I also might upgrade my tank to a 58g.
