I assumed if there were nudis in my tank the wrasse would take care of those, and I don't see him munching on anything.

My levels have all been really solid since setting up the reactor. Maybe the montis are getting used to the levels and will color up with time? That's optimism talking. I'll test again tonight but I've been testing at least 3x a week and have had very stable, ideal levels. I've even started dosing and testing magnesium and keep it at 1350 or so.

I got new reeflux 12k bubls about 5 weeks ago, maybe longer. I think I did a poor job acclimating the corals and that may have bene the culprit. Hopefully they swing back.

yeah, the new bulb could definitely be the culprit. I didn't acclimate my corals at all when I added the 12K, hope I don't start noticing the corals pale out.

I purchased my fixture used and I think the bulbs were much older than the seller told me. I did a gradual photoperiod increase, but probably not gradually enough. Provided all other conditions are fine, the color should come back, right?

After one interceptor treatment the bugs look to be about gone. I'm going to do the second in a day or two, and the third in two weeks.

Below the tank there is a 20long divided into three sections, the left is where the tank drains, middle houses my ati bubblemaster 160, and the right has an eheim 1260 which i use for my return.

In the tank I have a Tunze 6060 in the upper right corner, nanostream 6045 on the center back on a sea swirl, a 6025 on the right side, and a 6045 and 6025 on the left.

With a tank this size the tank looks pretty cluttered with all these powerheads. (5) I was really impressed with the movement put out by the one Vortech Menard has, so I may replace the bulk of these with one - but they just seem silly expensive.

The frag rack in the front of my tank isn't permanent, hopefully i can rig up a magnetic one and move it somewhere less obtrusive.

If you look closely in the right rear of my tank you can see a white bowl that's filled with sand. Since my tank is bare bottom my wrasse needed a place to sleep. He uses it every night.

Do you keep all powerheads running at once? You must really have some heavy flow. Looks like it’s working well for you.

Where is the “mother” of the digi you gave me? Just left of center? Do you still have it?

The powerheads are all controlled by an aquacontroller jr. to turn on and off in 20/40 minute increments.

My green digi is actually not visible in that shot; it's behind a nanostream in the upper left, attached to my overflow box.

I think I should be able to pull off way better colors. When I got my rainbow monti (bottom near-left of the tank) it had great colors. It's grown a lot, but is now a very pale blue with almost white polyps. I hope I can get it back in check.

what type of noise do you get when the powerheads flip on? I know when I turn my 6025's on after doing a water change, they rattle a bit before becoming quiet.

Only one of the nanostreams makes noise. I think I read somewhere that it's running in reverse when it does this. It's kind of loud and was bothersome - but I've gotten used to it.
