Got a new LED fuge light.

You can put a small power head in the sump and face it down. It'll also get rid of the detritus that settles.

thanks! I'll purchase one to try out.

is there something tumbling the chaeto? or any tricks? I can never get mine to tumble.

I'm with m0nkie, how'd you get that good tumble on the chaeto?

Reef keeping is life!

Same here.. Zero tumble

That's been crossing my mind a lot. I've got an old Koralia Nano that could use a job..

I'm using a Tunze nano pump pointing directly at the Chaeto. Works great.

Any updates on results?

Thanks bud

Dear lord, that's bigger than a basketball. You need to setup a 36x36 fuge to get it beach ball size

Sorry to bring up an old thread but just received this bulb. Is it OK to keep on 24hrs/7days week, as I noticed the bulb gets hot.

Also the beam is not very wide. I have this in my narrow sump chamber that is about 6"wide and 16" long. The bulb is about 12" off the water line. Do you think it will still be OK.. AA the beam is 25 degree barrow flood bulb (noted on box)?

I run mine 24/7. Chaeto doesn't seem to be picky with the narrow beam, mine still grows like crazy.
