Got a problem!

Roger,

I have 2 issues

1. about a week ago wavebox was making beeping noise i was out of town walked the wife through unplugging it. When I took it apart i found that the propeller snapped off the shaft. So I guess I need a new shaft with prop.

2. Today came home I also have the TS24 kit with 2 6100's and a 6200. I heard the beeping again under the tank so i traced it out to one of the drivers for one of my 6100's. So i decided to take all the pumps out and clean them...Using your instructions with vinegar and cleaning out with a toothbrush. I put everything back in and the 6100 is still beeping and getting no rotation. I can move the shaft around freely there is no debris in it so im not sure what else it could be

1) I sent a PM regarding this.

2) If you are sure all parts are free and clean as in the instructions there is likely an electronic defect or the driver may have gotten wet. Send it in and I will repair it.
