Did you make 2 seperate orders with different delivered to address? If not, they may not let you do the 2 orders because its still more than 9 buckets going to one address(thats what they told me on the phone).

I had to order 9 to my house and 9 to my business.

What do they do when they adjust for freight? Do they first call to confirm accepted charges on the new shipping total? I can't imagine they just tack one X amount more without authorization and assume it will be ok with the buyer.

I think they should call or email, but they shouldn't just add it. MikeB would be the man to ask though.

If they do call back, just ask them to cancel the 2nd order and reorder it a few minutes later (save $10 too)

From a pm from DFS:

"The manufacturer is still researching and gathering data, therefore there have not yet been any conclusive reports."

Some people are still having problems with the salt.

Test your salt and test your test kits against good reference standards. I ended up having to making an alk reference standard after my API looked to be reading high.

Turned out the 3 API kits I had were reading 2dKH too high.
