Just ordered a few goodies from Vivid Aquariums... should be here Wednesday. Anyone ever ordered from them before? Hopefully everything gets here safe and healthy. As soon as things are settled in and growing, I'll start getting frags of what I can.

Vivid is a very excellent company with a very knowledgeable and helfpul staff. Those look like awesome specimens and I'm sure you will be pleased. Had I known you were ordering i may have jumped on. I always recommend that due to the high costs of shipping, folks announce an order to see if others want to piggyback and split the shipping. . Don't feel bad however, I have occasionally done that as well since i just didn't want the bother. Best of luck with the order. I'll have to get over there soon to see how your new set-up is coming.

Yea, I normally try to let people in on orders, but there were just too many factors going against it this time around. But it's good to hear that they are a quality outfit. I had to call them about the order, and the guy I spoke with seemed to know his stuff, even if we did only speak for a few minutes.

Everything is great. Only one (the prism favia) has significantly different coloration than in the pic on their site. The one I got is reddish-pink and green, no purple at all. Everything else was spot on.

I had some water issues last week and into this week that made everyone pretty unhappy and eventually killed one of my clams. Everyone is happy now, but I did a lot of poking around with the tank today so most corals weren't very extended when I got the camera out today. Between tomorrow and monday and I should be able to get some pictures for everyone.
