Got some tubs blue

However, they were not as blue as I thought they would be. How would I get them to get that nice blue color?

Move them further away from the lights, they'll darken up.

Give em time they will color up as well as grow like weeds....

They'll change in less light I believe, the skirts look nice and dark.
