I had a feeling that they would have a large red haddoni soon in the Divers Den. There was one on Quality Marine's stock list out here in Los Angeles. It was listed for $900 wholesale. It must have been already ear marked for LA. I didn't actually see the anemone though.

FWIW: Unless you buy from the Diver's Den or the farmed corals section, most of the livestock you buy from Live Aquaria is shipped directly to you from Quality Marine, a wholesaler in Los Angeles.

Wow...I had no idea...thanks for the FYI. I knew QM was the supplier for LA, but that's kinda crazy.

QM is a great wholesaler too. They tend to get some of the nicest stock and tend know what they have and have been willing to refuse sale until they knew they had a healthy specimen to ship.
