GPH for a 150gl

I am not verry new at the SW thing but this is the bigest tank that I have had and not shure how many GPH I should be runong through the sump. Ok here are the specs
150gl drilled w deul overflows all glass tank
55gl DIY sump/fuge
DIY skimmer 6''x20
closed loop with scwd (800 GPH)

nedd some sugestions please

what type of corals are you looking to keep?

-for the sump return pump, i'd go with a Mag 9.5 or equivalent

thats trickier.....some softies and LPS like low flow, most SPS like high flow.
-what pump are you running your C.L. w/SCWD?

I would add 2 Seio 1100's or 2 1500's. --JMO

or bigger CL pump with no SCWD
or 2 Tunze's if you can afford them

target: 3,000GPH--15,000GPH(total) (20x-50x total gallons)
your mag 9.5, depending on how its plumbed + you Mag 7 on a SCWD will give you about 1,100-1,300 GPH total
