these amphipods
how big do they get? i wanted to put them in my dwarf seahorse tank but its really hard for me to find anything about them besides the fact that they are used for food

dwarf seahorse get to be about 1 inch long. they eat baby brine shrimp and copepods
would they be able to eat these pods? would they attack the baby seahorse? (someone said they have seen amphipods eat the babies @_@ but not what kind of pod it was) i read they only eat decaying matter

if the pods are too big do they at least reproduce quickly so that the seahorse could eat the babies?

any other info would be cool

I'm not an expert on amphipods, but I was under the impression that they have very small mouths. I'd be very skeptical of them eating a baby seahorse. As for size, the largest amphipos I've seen are no larger than 6-7mm.
Growing baby brine is pretty easy, and very nutritious. They also reproduce pretty quickly.
