Hey John, sorry I'm so late replying, I kinda forgot about this thread. I am using only one strobe. My dad bought me the strobe so I dont know what model but it is a ikelite just like the housing.

Yeah it was pretty cool to watch. That was my first time seeing a turlte, well a live one at least. The turlt just kept munching and the angel kept circling around for left overs.

Im curious what mode were you in? Im wondering ISo settings and such. Im interested in whats getting good results as I just bought a new set up.
DiverJohn: I just got the S100 and a YS-01 strobe. Did you get your pics from your trip? I would be really interested in seeing and hearing some of the settings used on your S90.

I shoot in manual mode. I am a complete boob when it comes to understanding camera settings so i took a class before i went to the caymans. That poor teacher must have lost 10 years of her life trying to explain the camera functions to me. In the end she told me that to get decent results without having to worry about knowing what function to change, she told me to stay in manual mode, keep shutter speed at 1/25, FStop at 9.0, and the ISO at either 100 or 200. I forget what ISO i shot at but I'll let you know when i find out.

I use the camera in manual mode. I adjust white balance depending on the situation and what kind of picture I'm going for. I use the strobe as a slave and adjust both the EV controller and the camera to get the desired results. I have included the link to my photo bucket account so you can see some various shots. The ones below are from Cayman, while the ones on the photo bucket site are from Cayman, Cozumel, and Curaçao.
The last pic is from Cozumel. Yes, I hunt the small guys.
