How to cure the fish?
I was using prodibio spot & velvet, but its not working.

To be sure I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing...

Is that "cluster" of white stuff just in that one spot (and also on the pelvic fins)? Is it all clumpy looking and appear to be on top of the skin? Or is some of it "fine dust looking" and appear to be under the skin?
