Hey guys! I just got my first anemone last month... had a terrible month of him not planting his foot (LTA) and finally returned him to the store and got another one last week. The new one is doing splendidly! Last night he decided to take a trip to the PH... but fortunately, he was rescued very quickly and had very minimal damage (a few missing tentacles). It was enough of a scare however to prompt a trip to the craft store to find a way to cover my PH's! I did a bit of research and found this site http://www.karensroseanemones.com/coverpowerheads.htm The PH the anemone got sucked into is like the very last PH on the site...so I was really pleased to have an idea how to protect the nem from that specific type of PH. I also have two tunze's in the tank, and I really had no idea how to get them covered. I figured I would build a cube out of that plastic mesh to cover it, but that was the best idea I could come up with. While at the craft store I found these http://craftersmarket.net/plcagl.html They were $1.99 at Michael's and fit my tunze's perfectly! I cut a small hole for the powercord right at the joint between the two halfs and then a hole in the front for the output. I could not have asked for a better fit over the tunze intake body! It was a bit of a pain to get it cut appropriately, but if it keeps the nem safe, I'm all about it...and in a couple months, it will be covered with coraline and won't look quite so white! Thought I would pass along the great find even though I'm sure others have found other ways of covering these guys.

I'll post images of my LTA and the "Tunze fix" in a few minutes...internet is being really slow with the upload speeds tonight!
