I placed a big order during your 24 hour Leapyear sale. I called your customer service to confirm that if one of the items that was backordered, I would still get the discount and they said yes. So I placed my order. By the next am I had a shipping for the non out of stock item's and a confirmation on my backorder items. Within a few hours later I got an e-mail saying the backordered item (listed as 4-6 weeks) just arrived and they would send it out today as well. they even went as far as to offer a replacement item (PH probe) that wasn't in stock still if I wanted to have it sent today.
