after having a glitch with my Apex, i emailed customer support on a Sunday not expecting a reply until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when i received a quick responce on Sunday! With me not being very computer literate, Curt talked me thru the fix with numerous emails. i am back up and running and a VERY satisfied customer. Thanks Curt!!
