Jeremy and the staff at Premium Aquatics are awesome. Over the last couple of weeks I've ordered several items. They follow up on the shipping to make sure it gets to where it's supposed to go, and when an item was out of stock, I got a phone call notifying me, and when I opted for a refund(I really wanted the item ASAP), I got it within 15 minutes.
I also had a problem with a pump, and Jeremy called the manufacturer and got it handled right away and just told me to send it back and it would get replaced. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you PA!!!!:thumbsup:
