Just wanted to give Alex Young much props for the GREAT customer service. I down graded from a 250 and tossed my spacers thinking I was going to have this tank forever. With a kid that's 5 now the tank was taken down and downgraded to a 50 gallon starphire cube. First thing I was looking for was spacers but figured it was a lost cause since I pretty much knew I tossed them. So I called them directly and talked to Alex. I told him what I wanted and he said that's it? I replied yup and told him my situation. Since that was all I needed he stated he had refurbished one's that he would just toss my way for free! Wasn't expecting that, yes it is used but who cares LOL. AWESOME customer service!
