Great customer service

Wanted to share a recent experience I had with Ecotech.

Not sure how but I somehow lost the rubber gasket that goes between my MP40 and the glass. I contacted EcoTech through their website on Sunday night, explaining my predicament and asking if I could purchase a replacement. Monday morning they emailed me back saying a free replacement was in the mail and it was delivered today.

Wow that's awesome. I wish their customer service was fair and consitant. They were absolutely no help to my problem and told me to get lost when they were in the wrong.
