I just wanted to publicly thank your business for awsome customer service and knowledge of the hobby. On Sat. I ordered (online) some connectors to help hook up my Lumen Max pendants to my Ice Cap ballasts. Today I recieved a call from PA checking my order to make sure I had ordered the right stuff (who else would have done this). On paper my order doesn't make much sense but once I told the guy on the phone what I was doing he immediately understood why the order was the way it was. Seldom do you find (nowadays) someone that understands the product they are selling well. I find, all too often, I know more about the product then the business I'm buying it from. This is especially surprising since a lot of the things I buy I have never seen in person (no LFS in my area).
I want to thank you for knowing your products well and paying attention to orders to the point of picking up potential wrong products ordered. This experience will cause me to look to you first when I need something. :thumbsup:
