Great customer service!!!

I just wanted to publicly thank your business for awsome customer service and knowledge of the hobby. On Sat. I ordered (online) some connectors to help hook up my Lumen Max pendants to my Ice Cap ballasts. Today I recieved a call from PA checking my order to make sure I had ordered the right stuff (who else would have done this). On paper my order doesn't make much sense but once I told the guy on the phone what I was doing he immediately understood why the order was the way it was. Seldom do you find (nowadays) someone that understands the product they are selling well. I find, all too often, I know more about the product then the business I'm buying it from. This is especially surprising since a lot of the things I buy I have never seen in person (no LFS in my area).

I want to thank you for knowing your products well and paying attention to orders to the point of picking up potential wrong products ordered. This experience will cause me to look to you first when I need something. :thumbsup:

I hate getting the wrong stuff sent to me, so I do all I can to make sure I don't send it to someone else. I could envision someone trying to make those two items work together, and the frustration it would cause, that's why I asked Scott to double check. :)

Your certainly welcome. I recieved a couple of e-mails yesterday letting me know my order had shipped (along w/ a tracking number) and an invoice. Thanks for both of those.

Just so I can understand, is Scott the one I talked to on the phone? And who are you in relation to the situation (manager?). Sorry for the questions, I'm inquisitive. :D

You mean I can't plug all those connectors together into my single IC 400w ballast and run 2 175w bulbs and one 70w bulb (420w of bulbs)? I know it will be under-powering the bulbs but that should make them last longer.....right? :crazy1:

You would be AMAZED at what people will try. LOL

And yeah, you talked to Scott. The fan in shipping resembles/sounds like the rotor on a MD500, so I try to avoid making calls out there. ;)

I am but a happy employee. :)
 
Oh ok. That must be one cool job. I would love to do my hobby for a living. Although I realize it would get old at times. I really like doing heavy maintainance on USCG C-130's but some days.... :mad2:

Customer service is top notch and fast. They answered all my questions and took care of everything exra fast and treated me like they knew me. Can't get that anywhere else. Will be doing more business with them in the future. I made my order on Thursday and recieved it on Monday. Now thats fast. Only one complaint though, you guys need a store in my town. :)
