I placed three orders with AquaCave over a two week period recently. Each order went smoothly and I even received calls to confirm everything. I made a mistake on one order with getting the wrong UV system, and I was quickly sent RMA details to exchange them. I was a little nervous after reading a few complaints, but their pricing and no tax with free shipping won me over. I will certainly order from them again.
