I emailed Jason today with some questions about ordering live rock from them. I was asking about shipping options, sicne I live in the same shipping zone I thought the package would be able to be shipped using standard ground because it should arrive the next day regardless. That is true, so they would be willing to ship it with standard UPS ground, whats great is a 40 pound box would only cost roughly $14, which is AWESOME. That email was replied to in about 5 minutes with answers to all the questions I had.

After that correspendence I decided to place an order for some powerheads, and a heater. MarineDepot had all the items I was intrested in for cheaper than Premium Aquatics, and Jason changed their reatail prices on all those items. He didnt just price match for me, he actually changed the stores price for everyone. I thought that was super cool!

PA has great customer service as you have seen. When you get your rock take a look at the cured MI rock. I love mine.

Any tank pictures? Id like to see the rock. Do you think its worth the $2 per pound difference?

Absolutely worth the price. You're already in IN. Take a road trip to Indy and hand pick what you want. I guarantee you will not be disappointed in this rock.

Great Experience

Placed first order with Premium Aquatics (PA) and it went very well and glad to do business with PA.

A typo was made on the shipping address but UPS figured out so the package was delivered on-time without any problem. Jason a gentleman at PA offered to reship the package if UPs cannot find my address on the first attempt and he also offered me a free shipping on my next order which I am planning to get a reflector and bulb.

Communication is wonderful as he always return my email very quick and pleasant to deal with.
