Great handling of a problem

Hi, just wanted to say I was a bit shocked (in a good way) the other day...

I had ordered a CPR HOB large aquafuge, had it shipped next day....

open box and one of the "Hangers" that hold the fuge on the tank was snapped of during shipping... :(

So I figured I could try and fix it or call MD and hassle with sending the bad one back and wait several days to get a new one.


NOT SO FAST!!!

I called and the CSR said they would send one right out ... that FedEx would get the bad one later!

so today I got the replacement - no damge!
