I purchased an RO/DI unit last Friday from the Filter Guys. Had a really good experience talking with Jim on the phone, and he gave me lots of information. When the unit came, I got right to work putting it in so I could start making water. I ordered a special valve to avoid putting the saddle valve in my plumbing, and I had a few problems with that. I called Jim back, and got a little more information. He called ME back that night to see how things were going. You gotta love an outfit that will call you to see how he can help. Great company, and a really solid RO/DI unit. I love going to the basement to get water rather than the store.
