I live 15 minutes from the Great Salt Lake which is filled with Brine Shrimp. Would my maroon clown eat them?

I would not harvest the brine shrimp from the GSL unless you know what pollutants etc. you will be introducing into your system. Would you even go swimming/floating in the GSL. I sure wouldn't.

Would I? I have lol. It's pleasant and there are shower to wash off the salt for when you get out.

Go for it. Freeze them or kill them in RO water first if you are worried about transmission of something. Where do you think the frozen food companies get them from?

I think it's fine. As I understand it the GSL has salinity that is so high that it is unlikely to harbor any parasites. The issue though is nutritional value - it's a nice snack once in a while but not something to feed consistently.
